Due to the made-to-order nature of Danny & Jones products, returns are limited and exchanges are conditional.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges will be considered only in cases of:

      Manufacturing defects

      Incorrect customization delivered

Exchange Conditions

      Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

      Product must be unused and unworn

      Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

      Approval is subject to inspection by our quality team

Non-Exchangeable Cases

      Size or fit issues post measurement confirmation

      Design or customization changes

      Natural material variations

      Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Exchange Process

  1. Contact support with order details and issue evidence
  2. Receive approval and return instructions
  3. Once inspected, replacement production will begin
  4. Exchange delivery timelines may vary based on customization

Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the issue is confirmed as our error.

Refund Policy

At Danny & Jones, every product is handcrafted and made-to-order based on individual customization preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our offerings, we follow a carefully structured refund policy to balance craftsmanship integrity and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  1. Manufacturing Defects
    If the product received has a manufacturing defect that deviates from standard quality benchmarks.
  2. Incorrect Product Delivered
    If the product delivered differs significantly from the confirmed order details (style, material, color, or design).
  3. Transit Damage
    If the product is damaged during shipping and reported within the stipulated time frame.

Conditions for Refund Approval

      Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

      Clear photo or video evidence must be shared

      The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

      The issue must be validated by our quality assurance team

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

      Products that are custom-made or personalized

      Fit or comfort issues after measurements are confirmed

      Minor variations in color, texture, or grain (natural characteristics of leather and fabric)

      Change of mind after order confirmation

      Orders where production has commenced

      Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, customs delays)

Refund Timeline

      Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

      Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

      Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

Danny & Jones products are crafted exclusively upon order confirmation. As such, cancellations are governed by strict timelines.

Cancellation Window

      Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement

      Once the order enters production, cancellation is not permitted

How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, email support@dannyandjones.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Date of purchase
  •  Reason for cancellation

Important Notes

      Cancellation requests after 24 hours will be automatically declined

      Any customization approval (measurements, design confirmation) marks the start of production

Refunds for approved cancellations will follow the Refund Policy timeline
